No, everyone is welcome to the STAR DAYS event. On-line registration or on-site registration is available.
Purchase separate packets for each person in your group or family. Each person will need to pick up their own packet in person and sign the event/ride waiver at registration.

June 10, 2017 or prior to, registration cancellations will receive a refund minus a $10 USD cancellation fee for each attendee on the registration.
June 11, 2017 or after, registration fee and optional event tickets are non-refundable due to the custom order of your products. You may contact the Event Coordinator, if you have a situation that may warrant special consideration.
You need the minimum of 8 characters and at least one character of each of the following items

Registration closes on July 8, 2017 at midnight (MST).
Yes, we will have on site registration at the Host Hotel. Some events may not be available (ie Banquet, Outdoor Cookout) as we are required to turn in a head count prior to the event.
Login to your STAR DAYS account, select “Cart/Add more packets” and follow the steps. When you check out it will add the additional packet to your existing account & email you an invoice receipt.

Yes, pins, patches and shirts will be available starting Wednesday afternoon thru Friday at the STAR MALL, but supply is limited.
Yes, everyone who attends STAR DAYS MUST sign an “Event/Ride Waiver” to attend STAR DAYS. The Waiver is for the event as well as a ride waiver.
There is a Welcome Table in the Registration Room or the Information Booth in the parking lot.

Destination scenic rides are short 2 or 3 hour rides to a specific place. Stop at the Information Booth for maps. Local STAR Chapter members will be available to answer questions or accompany you on the ride if requested.

The Swampazz is an advanced ride named after the warm moist feeling in the seat of your pants after a long hot ride. You should feel confident in controlling your bike on all road conditions. Pick up a map at the info booth the morning of the ride. Bike clock out is between 8-8:30am.
Yes, you will either need to go to the information booth, registration room, or see the ride coordinator to obtain a ride waiver to fill out and have signed off by them. You will then take this waiver to the registration desk after the ride to register for STAR DAYS and get your packet and armband.

“Real Rider Bike Show” are bikes we ride everyday. Not custom “trailer bikes”. Everyone who brings a bike to STAR DAYS is in the running for the bike show. No hours of cleaning and shining your bike, we want to see it is rode and enjoyed. The silent judging is done by a team of 5 judges. Awards are presented at the STAR Touring Banquet & Awards evening on Wednesday.
Bring your bike to the bike wash area @Parking Lot – Host Hotel. Say “Hi!” to the STAR DAYS Staff and make a STAR Family donation to help STAR members in need. Supplies will be available.
Lost and Found items will be turned into the STAR Mall located @Parking Lot – Host Hotel. Check the schedule for STAR Mall hours.
Star Family Foundation
The Star Family Foundation “Members Helping Members” was founded by Ginger Cease in 2006. The Foundation’s purpose is to help STAR Members financially who have experienced a catastrophic event that has placed them in need of help. Donations mostly come from STAR Members, Chapter functions, STAR BQ, etc. STAR DAYS annual event is a time members donate items to be auctioned off to help raise funds for the Star Family Foundation. All funds that come to the Foundation are given back to STAR Members. The founder or board members do not receive any compensation, they are all volunteers. The Foundation has given out over $500,000 in financial aid to the members of STAR. We are humbled and honored to serve and aid the members of STAR and their family in times of great need. THANK YOU!
Feed the Children Organization
Feed the Children is an international organization that helps feed families around the world. STAR Touring and Riding has worked with “FEED THE CHILDREN” since to 2001 to help feed hungry Americans in the United States. STAR Chapters and Members gather donations to support bringing in food trucks to STAR DAYS each year. Star Motorcycles donates a motorcycle for STAR to auction off during the annual STAR DAYS Banquet & Awards evening with all funds going to “FEED THE CHILDREN.” STAR is feeding hungry Americans and you can too!
The Silent Auction will end at 6:00pm on Wednesday at the STAR Touring Banquet & Awards evening. Please pay for and pick up your items there.
The Chinese Auction will continue until Thursday at 2pm. Please pick up your items by 5pm on Thursday in the auction room.
Yes, after the banquet the Live Auction is open to the public.
