Do I have to be a Member of STAR Touring and Riding to attend STAR DAYS?
No, everyone is welcome to the STAR DAYS event. On-line registration or on-site registration is available.
Ticket Order Process
Purchase separate packets for each person in your group or family. Each person will need to pick up their own packet in person and sign the event/ride waiver at registration.

August 12, 2021 or prior is the deadline for registration cancellations. Registration cancellation will be refunded minus a $20 USD cancellation fee for each attendee on the registration, but no refund on special event ticket(s).
August 13, 2021 or after, registration fee, shirts are non-refundable and optional event tickets are non-refundable (from time of purchase), due to the custom order of your products. You may contact the Event Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org or 520-975-5030 if you have a situation that may warrant special consideration.
August 13, 2021 registration website closes, guests will be able to register on-site. Event shirts may be purchased on site on Friday Sept. 10, 2021 at the STAR MALL (limited number available).
When does the registration site close?
Registration closes on August 13th 2021 at midnight CST.
After the STAR DAYS on-line registration closes will I be able to register on site?
Yes, we will have on-site registration at the Host Hotel. Some events may not be available (i.e. Banquet, Tournament of Kings) as we are required to turn in a headcount prior to the event. Event shirts and Honor ride shirts will be limited purchases on Friday Sept 10, 2021 at the STAR MALL.
If I have already registered and purchased my STAR DAYS packet and want to add other packet(s) to my account, how do I do this?
You may contact the STAR Office at 520-292-0200 M-F 8:30-4:30pm CST, Ginger’s Cell phone 520-975-5030 or email to email@example.com and they will assist you with adding more packets or making changes to your registration. Changes can be made up until August 13, 2021 these items are not refundable.
Can I purchase a Banquet ticket without purchasing a packet for STAR DAYS?
Banquet tickets are sold with the STAR DAYS packet purchase only. If you have a special circumstance please contact the Events Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 520-975-5030.
If I have already checked out how do I add extra items (shirts, pins, patches) to my STAR DAYS packet?

What is the last date to order shirts?
Last date to order shirts is August 13, 2021.
If I want to purchase STAR DAY items (pins, patches, shirts) but cannot attend STAR DAYS who do I contact?

Will there be event logo items available at STAR DAYS for purchase?
Yes, pins, patches and shirts will be available Friday and Saturday at the STAR MALL, but supply is limited.
If I am not a motorcycle rider and am a passenger who will not be riding during the event do I have to sign an “Event/Ride Waiver”?
Yes, everyone who attends STAR DAYS MUST sign an “Event/Ride Waiver” to attend STAR DAYS. The Waiver is for the event as well as a ride waiver.
This is my first time to STAR DAYS how do I find out information?

If I arrive late and have not registered and signed an Event/Ride waiver can I still go on the next ride?
Yes, you will either need to go to the registration area, information booth or see the ride coordinator to obtain a ride waiver to fill out and have signed off by them. You will then take this waiver to the registration desk after the ride to register for STAR DAYS and get your packet and armband. You may also download the ride waiver on the STAR DAYS website fill it out and bring it with you.
What is the “Real Rider Bike Show” and how do I participate?
“Real Rider Bike Show” are bikes we ride everyday. Not custom “trailer bikes”. Everyone who brings a bike to STAR DAYS is in the running for the bike show. No hours of cleaning and shining your bike, we want to see it is rode and enjoyed. The silent judging is done by a team of 5 judges. Awards are presented at the STAR Touring Banquet & Awards evening on Friday.
How does the Charity Bike wash work?
Bring your bike to the bike wash designated area in the Parking Lot. Bike wash is self serve. You may make a STAR Family donation in the bucket provided. All funds go to help STAR members in need. Supplies will be available.
Where is the Lost and Found during STAR DAYS?
Lost and Found items will be turned into the STAR Mall in the – Host Hotel. Check the schedule for STAR Mall hours.
Who are the STAR DAYS Charities?
Star Family Foundation
The Star Family Foundation “Members Helping Members” was founded by Ginger Cease in 2006. The Foundation’s purpose is to help STAR Members financially who have experienced a catastrophic event that has placed them in need of help. Donations mostly come from STAR Members, Chapter functions, STAR BQ, etc. STAR DAYS annual event is a time members donate items to be auctioned off to help raise funds for the Star Family Foundation. All funds that come to the Foundation are given back to STAR Members. The founder or board members do not receive any compensation, they are all volunteers. The Foundation has given out over $500,000 in financial aid to the members of STAR. We are humbled and honored to serve and aid the members of STAR and their family in times of great need. THANK YOU!
Yamaha/Star Motorcycles donates a motorcycle for STAR Touring to auction off during our annual STAR DAYS Banquet & Awards evening. All proceeds from the auction go to the Star Family Foundation as Yamaha’s way of supporting the Foundation that helps STAR members.

Starting this year for the first time, STAR Touring will be donating to a local charity chosen by the local STAR chapter.
I have an item for the auction. Who do I contact if I need to make arrangements to get my item to STAR DAYS?
When will the Auctions end and when do I pick up my item?
The Silent Auction will end at 6:00 pm on Friday at the STAR Touring Banquet & Awards evening. Please pay for and pick up your items there.
The Chinese Auction will end at 6:00 pm on Friday. Please pick up your items by 4 pm on Saturday in the auction room.
If I cannot purchase a Banquet ticket can I still attend the Live Auction?
Yes, after the banquet the Live Auction is open to the public.
